Detailed Product Description
It is suitable for secondary rolling and finish rolling of common straight carbon steel, alloy steel stainless steel, copper and aluminum strips with the entry thickness less than 2 mm and final thickness ≥ 0.10 mm.
Backing-up roll transmission. It is composed of main motor, gear reducer, double helical spur gear, universally-jointed axle. It is easy for installation and adjustment with its integral seat. The backing-roll is balanced with the spring and adjusted with the nut. The strip tension can be adjusted with the guide roll. The gear reducer, double helical spur gear are lubricated with the splash system lubrication.
Material of working roll: 9Cr2Mo. FCD needle roller bearing is adopted for the backing-up roll. A roll exchange device is equipped with the bearing seat for exchange the roll easily. AC and DC main motor for alternative
